Hydralada machines are available with a range of optional extras to customise the all-terrain models to make them the ultimate companion for all your picking, pruning and maintenance tasks.

Picking Bag
The Picking Bag attaches to the front of the operator platform and is the ideal choice for pickers as it protects the fruit from bruising. The bag is divided into three compartments which the fruit passes through before being released into the larger fruit bins. Holding up to 54kg, the Hydralada Picking Bag consists of a steel case lined with foam and a PVC liner to provide the most effective method of picking fruit from tall tree crops.
Tandem Four-Wheel Drive
For optimum stability and traction on rough and uneven terrain, Tandem 4WD Hydralada machines are available. Four powerful hydraulic motors and driving wheels make the elevating work platforms virtually unstoppable by obstacles. Providing extra suspension, the 4WD ensures a smoother ride.
Free Wheeling Hubs
Ideal for transporting the Hydralada machines without a trailer or truck. These hubs disengage the drive wheels so the machine can be towed at speeds of up to 30km/hour. A heavy-duty towing frame is included with this option allowing for quick and easy transportation.
Hydraulic Chainsaw
Hydraulic attachments are a safe and efficient alternative to traditional tools being used at heights. These lightweight chainsaws are powerful, and with the quiet trigger start/stop there is no dangerous pull starting involved. No refuelling is needed. Available in either pistol grip or pole configuration.
Twin Castor Rear Axle
Twin Castor Rear Axles provide more stability than a single wheel and are often used with the tandem 4WD. This increases the machines versatility on undulating terrain.
Tracks
Heavy-duty steel tracks can be fitted to Hydralada models over the Tandem 4WD. This increases the traction, as well as the stability of the machine by providing additional weight. Ideal for use on steep elevations and rough ground.
Hydrafork Bin Shifter
Providing a convenient solution for shifting full bins of fruit in orchards. The bin can be kept close to the picking and once full turned within the row and left for a tractor forklift to collect.
Auxiliary Oil Outlets
Enabling Hydraulic pruning tools such as the Hydraloppa pruners and hydraulic chainsaws to be used in the Hydralada, oil outlets can be fitted to the platform. Increased safety and improving efficiency.
Hydrabrake System
For an automatic failsafe park brake system the Hydrabrake is used. Allowing the peace of mind in sloping orchards, the brake applies as soon as the machine is stationary. This is quickly released when the drive is engaged.
Dual Castor Rear Wheels
Dual Castor wheels enable easier swivelling when the platform is at a higher elevation than the standard single castor. Easier turning capabilities, less ground pressure.
Hand Controls
Machines can be customised with hand controls if this is preferred to the standard three pedals. In front of the operator’s platform, two handlebars and two tiller levers can be used to operate the machine.
Slew Cage
Enabling the platform to slew up to 45 degrees left or right, the hydraulic slew cage offers the user greater reach without moving the chassis of the machine on the ground. Easily slew the cage using a lever in the front of the platform.
EFI Engine Upgrade
The Electronic Fuel Injection Engine Upgrade improves fuel economy but up to 25-30%. Improved Throttle response, dependable starting in all weather conditions (no choke).
Hydraloppa Pruner
Available in both handheld and pole configurations the Hydraloppa pruners make pruning easy with their 45mm cutting capacity. These hydraulic power pruners connect to the auxiliary oil outlets in the Hydralada platform.
6 Pedal Control
The platform floor can be customised with Six Pedal Control instead of the standard Three Pedal Control to give the operator a clear area to stand.
Hydraulic Oil Cooler
For machines operating in warm climates with a high ambient temperature, the Hydraulic Oil Cooler can be fitted to machines to decrease the temperature of the hydraulic oil being returned from the platform.
2 Speed Control
Enabling the operator to position the machine more precisely in confined areas, the Hydraladas can be fitted with two-speed control systems. This offers the operator the option of slower drive and lift speeds, by reducing it to 50% of the machine's capability.
