The long awaited 'Half Height MegaBins' are now available!

The 440 Plastic MegaBin is a low height version of the original Australian pallet size half tonne bin. Originally developed for the fruit and vegetable industry, this bin is now widely used across many sectors as a robust storage and handling solution.

These Nally plastic pallet crates are compatible with most bin handling machinery and pallet jacks. Featuring rounded forklift entry points and interlocking feet these bins can safely be stacked up to 15 high.

The bins are manufactured from food grade HDPE and do not absorb moisture or harbour bacteria, making them well suited for contact with food. The rounded corners and smooth interior surface of the pallet fruit bins prevent fruits and vegetables from bruising and becoming damaged.

We can offer custom hot stamping and sequential numbering on the bins to allow for easy identification and tracking.

The Half Height Bins are supplied as standard in beige (off-white), with the ability to manufacture in any custom colour (MOQ's apply).

Smooth rounded corners and internal vents result in less damage to produce. The vented bins feature moulded label holders for cards and tags, used for easy labelling to identify bins allocated to different growers.

Rounded Forklift Pockets give a larger entry height for ease of use. Extended height pallet racking feet with locating lugs can be fitted for extra clearance & ultimate safety when used on racking.

Positive interlocking feet enable quick and safe stacking. The Low Height MegaBins are designed to be compatible to stack with all other bins in the MegaBin Range.

We started using them [the half height shipper bins] last week to hold bulk hazelnuts between grading & spreading out on drying beds. The bin components are easily handled & assembled quickly by one person. For transport, they are good. A 10 bin stack can be carried in a small box trailer…The fact that we can pull them apart & stack them into a small space is great for us. We don’t have much spare shed space, so being able to fit 10 bins into a single bin footprint without a forklift is very handy.
